    Related to the other post of Thjuster.

    Some Swedish “Ful” synonyms are unclean, spoiled, murky, rotten, sick, crooked.

    One could say that “Ful” is someone that is unclean, unclear. Not straight. Not healthy.

    Crooked in Swedish is quite an insult. As having an crooked limb of sort.
