NEW DELUXE EDITION — There will most likely be a third edition, deluxe hardcover with ribbons, linen back and appendices incl. color images of all manuscript pages (perhaps page filling, 1 page each), in the spring of 2022.
SHIPPING TIME — In the interview, when I say that shipping takes two weeks or more, I ment shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand (and other destinations outside Europe). Within Europe it is much shorter (non-EU often somewhat longer than a week).
